🌿 COURSE 1
🌿 The Emotional Life of an Artist
(Coming Soon)
The Emotional Life of an Artist is an upcoming course exploring the often unspoken inner experience of living a
creative life. While technical skills can be taught, few artists are shown how to navigate the emotional landscape
that accompanies making and sharing their work.
This course gently explores themes such as self-doubt, rejection, creative fatigue, and the quiet resilience
required to sustain a lifelong practice.
Designed as a calm, reflective experience, it offers artists practical insight and emotional support while
helping them remain connected to the deeper joy of creating.

🌸 COURSE 2
Foundations in Floral Painting (Oil)
(In Development)
This upcoming beginner-friendly course will introduce students to the foundational principles of painting flowers in oil.
Participants will learn how to approach floral painting with confidence through a structured
series of lessons that explore:
• Observing and describing the character of a flower
• Drawing or transferring reference images
• Foundational brushwork techniques
• Working wet-in-wet vs layered approaches
• Color mixing using a limited palette
• Simplifying reference photos
• Basic compositional planning
• Loose vs realistic painting styles
• Understanding hard and soft edges
Each lesson will focus on one key concept, allowing students to gradually build skill without feeling overwhelmed.
Students will complete a small painting exercise each week using their own reference photo or one provided as part of the course.
This course is ideal for beginners seeking a calm, supportive introduction to oil painting, as well as those wishing to develop greater confidence in their floral work.
